Photo Runner Info & Tips
Our tips & tricks for easy family photos on your special day
1. Designate 'Photo Runners' with Authority
Consider appointing a 'Photo Runner' from each family side, preferably someone with a commanding voice or a knack for taking charge. These individuals play a crucial role in gathering and organizing family members. If the family is separated, don't hesitate to designate a third photo runner for added assistance.
Please share your photo runner's mobile numbers with us. This helps us connect before your wedding for a seamless collaboration on the day.
2. Create a 'Photo List' with Names
To make things easier for everyone involved, create a detailed 'photo list' that you can share with your photo runners and us photographers. This list should include the names of specific family members you want to be featured in each photo to ensure no one is accidentally excluded.
3. Prioritize
We recommend either starting with grandparents' and kids' photos or initiating the process with the largest group of people. Beginning with these larger groups and working your way down to immediate family shots can ensure a smooth flow and efficient use of time for everybody involved.
