Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a booking?

To make a booking the first thing you need to do is fill in the form under “Contact Us”, from there on out we will let you know whether we are available on your requested date and walk you through the rest of the process. This includes taking a deposit ($400 for weddings, $900 for our photo & video package) to secure your date and a video chat so you can meet us! If you would like to meet in person please let us know. We are based in the South Waikato and Bay of Plenty but make frequent trips to the Waikato and Auckland.

Will you travel for my wedding?

Of course! We are based in the Bay of Plenty & South Waikato but are more than happy to travel anywhere for your wedding! We do frequent weddings in Auckland and have traveled to other towns like Napier and Tongariro National Park and we’re willing to go much further! Please get in touch for a travel cost estimation.

Do you offer videography?

We do not offer videography, BUT we have some close friends who we work with frequently and offer packages with! Check out our Wedding Packages page for more details or contact us if you have a question!

When will I receive my photos?

You will receive a “Sneak-Peek” of your gallery within 2 business days of your wedding, the rest of your professionally edited gallery will be available within 8-10 weeks. We will always keep you up to date if there are any delays or issues. Please note January-April is peak wedding season and sometimes delays happen! If you need specific photos sooner please reach out via email.

Does it cost extra for you to attend my rehearsal?

In most cases no, this is included in the cost of your package! We may ask for a small fee to cover our travel, but we will let you know as this is decided on a case by case basis. For example, if we’re already in town to photograph your wedding, no additional cost will be requested. But if were needing to travel to your rehearsal, then home, then back the next day - we may ask for a small fee to cover these travel costs.

What happens if you let me know you’re available but then another couple enquires about the same date?

We NEVER want to seem pushy but if you’ve got in touch with us and we have let you know we’re available for your requested date— if another couple has also requested our availability for the same date, we will always let you know that we have had another enquiry and give you a chance to let us know whether you would like to proceed with the booking/meet & greet and wait at-least 24 hours before responding to the second couple with our availability. We try to be fair to everyone and understanding that you may not be able to reply straight away, but we also don’t want our couples waiting too long to hear back from us & it is unfair on us if we wait too long for your response and end up missing out on both weddings.

What if I have another question?

If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch! We will be more than happy to answer any queries you have!
